Red Square Systems offers a full outsourced Helpdesk solution to assist your employees with everyday problems.

Our Helpdesk is staffed with highly motivated individuals who contribute to the well-being of our clients everyday. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, to assist you with most technical problems you may experience. We also offer an extended hours option for support outside of the normal business day (including weekend support).

We utilize the latest technology from companies like Microsoft®, Novell®, Citrix®, NetOp®, and SilverBack Technologies® to help us help you. We train our staff to be responsive to client's problems and listen not only to the problem, but to the person.
